The Marist Young Professionals (MYP) provide early- to mid-career Marist faculty and staff with opportunities to develop professionally, network internally and externally, support Hudson Valley non-profit organizations, and strengthen the Marist community.
MYP partners and sponsors events both on and off campus, and is open to all Marist employees regardless of age, years of experience, or full or part-time status. Check out our events page to sign up for our events!

Marist Young Professionals, or MYP, is a group of Marist faculty and staff who come together for networking and programming to further their careers.
The mission of MYP is to provide Marist employees with an opportunity to network, develop professionally, volunteer, and strengthen the Marist community.
Nope! We like to have fun, too. In addition to programs with a focus on career development, we also like to get together for events from happy hour to kickball.
You decide! While programming is geared toward professionals in the beginning to middle-stages of their careers and those in career transitions, we welcome all Marist faculty and staff to join us.
Yes, events are open to all Marist faculty and staff, regardless of age.
We do everything from off-campus happy hours to leadership roundtables, joint events with community organizations, and volunteering in the Hudson Valley.
There is no fee to be a member of MYP, though, at some of our events members will need to cover their own costs.
