Summer Pre-College Admission
Message from Business Summer Pre-College Director
In this program, students will acquire a foundational understanding of organizations, business, management, entrepreneurship, and themselves. Through critical and reflective lens, students will be introduced to the history and dominant paradigms used by contemporary organizations and businesses. It will also examine how businesses manage economic uncertainty, legal and ethical challenges and their social responsibilities as corporate citizens. This program will also focus on developing interpersonal skills and will include basic instruction in developing business plans.
About Professor Ken Coletti
Professor Ken Coletti, Senior Lecturer of Accounting, is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has been a full-time faculty member at Marist College since 2003, teaching courses in his areas of academic interest including individual and corporate tax, auditing and attestation services, financial and managerial accounting and global business. Ken also serves as the School of Management's Director of the Summer Pre- College Business Program and was previously the Director of the School of Management’s Internship Program. He is also an active member of the National Association of College Employers (NACE), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society (BGS). Professor Coletti also serves as a Faculty Mentor for Marist College's NCAA Division I Baseball Program.
