Junior League of Poughkeepsie Academic Partnership

The Junior League of Poughkeepsie is an organization built by women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism. It is their mission to promote voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. They have been the driving force behind the kinds of initiatives and institutions that make our community a healthier, more prolific place to live.

Junior League of Poughkeepsie members work together to identify unmet needs, forge effective coalitions, and work for change. Members and volunteers tackle our community’s biggest challenges by dedicating valuable time, resources and knowledge enabling the JLP to positively impact the community. The Junior League’s legacy is well entrenched in Dutchess County and will continue to provide valuable community volunteers and community projects for years.

As a way of saying "thank you" to Junior League of Poughkeepsie members and volunteers who reside in our community, Marist College is offering special tuition pricing for all Junior League of Poughkeepsie members, volunteers and their immediate adult family members.
