As an Assistant Professor of Marketing, Dr. Liu's varied background has led her to pursue interests that focus on Marketing Strategy Theory, Customer Relationship Management, Turnover, and Sales Management. Her research has been presented at prestigious conferences such as the American Marketing Association Winter Academic Conference and the Institute for The Study of Business Markets Academic Conference.
Dr. Beheshti's areas of focus include social media influencers, consumer-to-consumer interactions, the role of empathy in consumer behavior, and cross-cultural advertising. His research has been presented at international conferences and published in works such as the Journal of Business Research.
A recognized marketing thought leader, Dr. Silverman combines extensive consulting experience with deep expertise in branding, consumer decision-making, and the evolving role of AI in marketing. His industry insights and passion for innovation prepare students to navigate a rapidly changing marketplace with confidence and creativity.
