For urgent audio/visual/video issues in a classroom or computer lab (podium computer, podium control panel, projector/TV displays, speakers, document camera, etc.) that is disrupting your ability to teach class, please call extension 2525 from the telephone in the room.  If troubleshooting cannot take place remotely, we will dispatch staff to your classroom.   

If the issue is not urgent and does not interfere with instruction, please submit a ticket in TeamDynamix as soon as possible. This allows us to address the issue for other classes and instructors who use the space.
