Production Model Team

Manages all aspects of model coordination, hair and makeup, and the run of show. Works closely with the Creative Team on casting and the overall runway vision. 
 

Production Wardrobe Team

Serves as the liaison between designers and production. Oversees collections, fittings, backstage flow, and ensures runway readiness.

Logistics Team

Oversees all logistics-related planning, including budgets, sponsorships, scheduling, and front of house management. Works closely with the events team.


Events Team

Coordinates all events and branding initiatives across teams. This role supports logistics but also plays a central part in the promotion area, particularly in event identity and audience engagement. Shares responsibility for front of house operations with the Logistics Director.

Social Media Team

Responsible for the strategy and daily management of social media platforms, digital engagement, and website content. Works closely with the visual media and video production teams to align messaging and visual identity.

 

Communications Team

Leads all communication strategies, including guest relations, masterclasses, and PR content. Manages all ticketing for the day of show and external connections.

 

Creative Visual Media Team

Responsible for all photography, graphic design, brand book, and lookbook creation. Supports all teams to elevate visual storytelling and bring conceptual innovation across platforms.

 

Creative Strategy Team

Leads the execution of the chosen theme and concept throughout the in-person show and creative deliverables. Creates graphics and the runway design for day of show.

 

Creative Video Production Team

Leads all video-related content, from pre-production to final editing. Oversees multimedia technology and integrates innovative approaches into the show experience and digital outputs.
