From HIIT, to yoga, and cycling FITSOCIAL has it all. Founder, Steve Farris only opened his doors in 2019, however it has not taken long for FITSOCIAL to leave its mark on Poughkeepsie! FITSOCIAL offers high-energy classes with a social aspect, customers can grab a smoothie or coffee from the social-bar, and lounge with friends after a great workout. We have partnered with them for our Earth Day event, to inspire our viewers to get on their feet and provide them with a great workout at home.
ByKrisDesigns is owned and operated by Marist College senior Kristen Romano. Romano provides customized apparel, wall decor, accessories and much more.
