In the first episode of String Theory, Sarah Jacobs and Deniz Coskun sit down with Maddie Schrader, sharing her life as a senior at Marist College, majoring in Communications with a concentration in PR and advertising. Known by her popular TikTok handle, "m00bie," where she features her comedic flair and infectious sense of humor, Maddie has garnered a significant following on social media. Later in the episode, Sarah sits down for a conversation with the 38th annual Silver Needle Runway Creative Director and Digital Creative Director, Rebecca Defrancesco and Archie Coueslant, speaking about innovation within the Fashion Show Production class

Episode 3: "SNR38 String Theory - Episode #3: Diversity ft. Roseann Lynch"

Guest: Roseann Lynch

In this episode of String Theory, Sarah Jacobs interviews Roseann Lynch, who serves as the Chief People Officer and Head of The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation, as they discuss diversity and its importance to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Lynch talks about her duties at Ralph Lauren which include overseeing various global initiatives related to talent management, learning and development, and how diversity places a vital role in her position. 
Later in the episode, Sarah redirects the conversation with Laura Kelton, the Co-Production Director. They discuss diversity’s key role in fashion and modeling, and how for this year Laura wanted to take a hands-on approach to coordinating model casting, ensuring that diversity and representation remain central to the selection process.
