Midrise Hall
Midrise Hall has suite-style living and houses approximately 335 first-year, sophomore, and transfer students. There are five floors in this building, and it has one elevator and three main staircases. Each suite has a common room, bathroom, and three double-occupancy rooms. Common rooms are furnished with couches and chairs. Double rooms are furnished with two beds, two desks, two dressers, and an in-wall closet. Laundry facilities are located on the second floor of Midrise Hall. The residence hall floors are coed, gender by suite.
Entry to Midrise Hall is via swipe access through the main door of the residence hall. Each student must swipe their Marist ID card to enter the building.

Midrise Hall Quick Facts:
- Each suite has three double-occupancy bedrooms, a common living room, and a common bathroom
- Building is connected to the Student Center
- North, West, and South sides overlook the Hudson River
- Common area lounges where students may study, socialize, or enjoy planned activities
- Common area televisions on the fourth floor
- Common laundry room available to residents
- Common kitchen available on the second floor
- 24-hour ID card access
- First-year Students living in Midrise are required to be on the Murray Dining meal plan
- Sophomore and Transfer Students are required to have the Flex 825 meal plan. Students can upgrade their plan if they choose.
- Microwave permitted in bedroom (700-watt maximum)
- Refrigerator allowed in bedroom (3.6 cubic ft. maximum)
- Smoke-free residence area
