Welcome to SNR36: Dream, we are so excited to have you along for the ride!

As our loyal audience and followers of the Silver Needle Runway brand, you may know that transparency is one of the key values we hold at the forefront of our work. Throughout our planning process, we are dedicated to displaying an unfiltered view of what it takes to produce a fashion show, leading all the way up to the big day!

In conjunction with the SNR brand and as a display of our dedication to transparency, we are launching the first-ever SNR series: 1:36!

The first of its kind, 1:36 will explore a mixture of video, written, and graphic content that embodies our individual artistry and collective journey to SNR36.

1:36 is a gallery of student work, straight from the minds of these young and passionate innovators in charge of leading this show. Broken into three sections: a vlog series, blog series, and art display, these three representations of self-expression that usually stand-alone will intertwine in an interactive archive

The goal of this series is to create a time capsule of the production of our show, sharing the most fun and fresh version of our work as students and a behind-the-scenes glimpse of our Fashion Show Production class of 39 student producers in action.

This is an opportunity for everyone’s voices to be heard on their own, and a chance to show off each of our extraordinary individual talents that compliment each other in unique ways throughout this project. It expands on what SNR stands for and the work done throughout the FSP class, from big events to small details.

Each of our videos will consist of the time 1:36 (a subtle nod to our celebration of our 36th runway presentation at Marist College). Because these videos will be jam-packed with behind-the-scenes footage from the student perspective, each vlog will have a blog post attached to it, explaining frame by frame exactly what is going on.

But don’t worry, that’s not all! There will be more writing pieces, with whimsical collages and graphics, as well as a few surprise elements along the way.
