Executive Board Members:
Each officer is tasked with their own set of responsibilities to run the club, which are further explained below. However, we pride ourselves on the fact that all board members are involved in the planning and execution of events as a whole. Everyone elected has some form expertise to lead workshops, albeit coding, writing, or art.

- Crafts PR content and operates social media presence.
- Plans events, arranges food and catering services.
- Organizes the team and delegates responsibilities.
Vice President: Parijat Das
- Event planning, teaching technical workshops.
- Manages the club's weekly schedule in case of cancelation or adjustments.
- Handles outreach for the club, particularly in the case of contacting guest speakers and co-sponsored events.
- Plans events, arranges food and catering services.
Secretary: Brendan Gorman
- Tracks and organizes attendance records.
- Event planning, teaching creative workshops.
- Conducts research on game development for educational trivia nights that give attendees unique insight they won't get anywhere else.
- Regularly facilitates broadcasts to our members via email and Discord.
Treasurer: Matthew DeMelo
- Event planning, teaching art-driven workshops surrounding character design and writing.
- Works collaboratively with the Secretary to craft engaging trivia on game development and its history.
- Maintaining organized records to track spending (e.g. spreadsheets and physical receipts).
- Adjusting the budget as needed based on club activities and financial performance.
Meeting Times
Our meeting time is Wednesday nights at 9:15PM. For most events, we meet in Hancock 2017 (second floor). However, for certain technical workshops that involve computers, we host events in Hancock 0005 (computer lab, bottom floor).
