We are currently testing the integration of Zoom with a Salesforce environment on campus. The email from Zoom App Marketplace was unexpectedly sent. Only Salesforce admins have access to this integration currently.

Jun-21-2023 Planned - Network Infrastructure Upgrade (Wed. 6/21/2023) Information Technology will be continuing efforts to improve the resiliency of the Marist Campus network infrastructure on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, starting at 5:00 pm ET. During this work, Marist technology services and on-campus users will be impacted. Off-campus technology services, such as Zoom for virtual meetings, Office 365 email (myMail), and Brightspace will still be available to users who are off-site. All Marist IT systems and services will be unavailable during this time. On-campus internet connectivity will be interrupted between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm ET. Once the work has been verified as complete, IT system and service restoration will begin, however, it may take several hours until all services are fully available.

Microsoft has reported that the Office portal including email (myMail), OneDrive, SharePoint, and other O365 services are experiencing an issue with searches. This affects anyone using O365 on the web, through clients, or on mobile devices. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.

Affected users receive a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) when attempting to send email messages. Depending on the client being used, NDRs may contain the following messages: "This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator." Jul-22-2022 NOTIFICATION - Email Forwarding to Outside Email Addresses There has been an intermittent issue with emails automatically forwarded from a user's myMail box to an outside email address. Senders may receive a non-delivery report when trying to send to someone who has their email forwarded. This delivery failure message is sometimes a result of policies enforced by email providers such as Google or Yahoo. When you forward your email to an outside email address, Marist is no longer responsible for any email that is not delivered correctly. Also note that a copy of any email sent to myMail and forwarded elsewhere is not saved to your myMail account.

Feb-24-2022 Unplanned - Google Chrome & Adobe Extension (2/24/2022) Today is Thursday, February 24, 2022. Adobe pushed out an update yesterday (2/23/2022) that has affected Google Chrome and the Adobe extension itself in Google Chrome. When attempting to sign in to Marist services, such as myMarist, the Login and Password fields are in dark mode. To resolve this issue temporarily, you need to go into your Chrome Extensions (upper-right corner, a puzzle-piece icon), select the 3 dots next to Adobe Acrobat, and choose Remove from Chrome. If you do not see Remove from Chrome, you can alternatively select Manage extension, and turn it off from the window that opens. Then refresh your page. This issue has been reported to Adobe. There is no ETA when a fix for this will be available.

Today is Wednesday, February 3, 2021. iLearn is currently experiencing an issue when users attempt to begin their class, they are receiving an error that starts out saying, "Fatal internal error handling request."
