About Our ClubImage of Kappa Kappa Psi crest

Marist University Fencing Club is an exciting and welcoming club that instructs and trains fencers in the weapons on foil, épée, and saber. No previous experience is necessary, and we meet you at your skill level. Our club employs drills, open bouts, in-house tournaments, and off-campus competitions in order to train our fencers. Our club is registered with USA Fencing, and we participate at sanctioned fencing events several times per semester. This club is a great way to meet friends, stay active, and have fun.

Executive Board Members:

The Marist Fencing Club provides both an opportunity to hone one's fencing skills, but also to share the sport with as many people as possible. We do not conduct try-outs, and would love to have everyone who is interested try it out! Once registered on Do Sports Easy, you are welcome to attend a few practices to experience the sport. Spectators are also welcome. For more information, email our head coach at clara.dinio@marist.edu or fencing.club@marist.edu.

Meeting Times

The Fencing Club practices three times per week in the McCann Recreation Center Gym. Practices focus on developing fencing skills, technique, and overall performance.
